This policy explains what Licenses & Permits LLC ("we", "us") collects when you use licensespermitsllc.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. We help Miami businesses obtain licenses, permits, and registrations.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you fill out a form, call, email, or message us, we receive what you provide: typically your name, phone number, email, business name, and details about the license or permit you need.
- Usage information. Our hosting provider records basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and time of visit, for security and to keep the Site working.
- Cookies. The Site may use cookies or similar technologies to understand how it is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the Site will still work.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, explain what your business needs, prepare a quote, and perform the service.
- To send service-related messages about your matter.
- To keep the Site secure and improve it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business and the Site (Cloudflare for hosting and form delivery, and email providers), who may use it solely to provide their service to us, and with government agencies as needed to file on your behalf and at your direction. How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we have a business reason to, such as to complete a filing, keep required records, or handle a dispute, and then delete or anonymize it.
Your choices and rights
- You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we are required to keep.
- You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.
- Residents of California and other states with privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
